I bought tickets but I haven't received them
When buying tickets on Partyapp, you should receive an email with your tickets along with a receipt. While this process is usually instant, on some occasions, the delivery of your tickets may take some additional time. If you haven't received your tickets after 15 minutes, please check your email (including your spam folder), and your partyapp wallet. If you still can't find your tickets, please contact our support team right away.
My tickets are not showing up in my wallet
If your tickets are not showing up in your wallet after more than 15 minutes, please check the following: You are logged into the same account that made the purchase, You've received your tickets via email (please also check your spam folder). If you've received your tickets via email but they are still not showing up in your wallet, we encourage that you talk to our support team as this is most likely a bug. If you haven't received your tickets via email at all, please contact our support team right away.
I bought tickets for an event that has been canceled or postponed
Events hosted on Partyapp rely on the responsibility of their organisers, including procedures in case of cancellation or postponement. As part of our listing process, we require that organisers provide you the choice to either keep your tickets or to be refunded for your purchase. If you wish to request a refund or additional information, please contact our support team and we'll help you out.
Someone else has used my tickets
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace tickets that have been used, even if it wasn't you who used them. We recommend that you keep your tickets safe and avoid sharing them with people you don't trust.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Short answer: No! Your tickets are valid as long as your device can properly display the QR code. If you're worried about your device's battery life or cell connection, we recommend that you take a screenshot of your ticket(s) and save them to your device's gallery.
Do I need to provide ID when using my tickets?
Some events may require that you provide (physical) proof of ID at the door, most likely if the event is age-restricted or requires adult supervision. If you're unsure, please check the event's description or ask us directly.
Can I re-sell my tickets?
You are free to resell your tickets via whatever means, however, we highly recommend that you do so with great caution. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets that have been resold, and we cannot refund or replace tickets that have been resold, used, or lost. If you're looking to buy a ticket from someone else, we recommend you do so from a friend you trust. Be aware that as long as the seller has the QR code, they can still use the ticket.
