I'd like to request a refund
Unfortunately, Partyapp maintains a strict no-refund policy. Valid purchases are considered firm and final, and there are no set periods for withdrawal. However if the event you have bought tickets for has been cancelled or postponed, you may be eligible for compensation. I'd like to change my billing details
You can change your billing details at any time by visiting your
account settings. You can also change these when checking out while buying tickets. If you're having trouble changing your billing details, please contact our support team and we'll help you out.
I made a purchase but did not get a receipt
If you've made a purchase on Partyapp but did not receive a receipt, please check your email (including your spam folder) for a confirmation email. If you've lost or still can't find your receipt, we can send you one manually. Please contact our support team and we'll be glad to help you out.
My payment went throught but I didn't get my tickets
If your payment went through but you didn't receive your tickets, please check your email (including your spam folder) for a confirmation message, along with your ticket codes. If you've lost or still can't find your tickets, please reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to help.
I paid via bank transfer but still haven't received my tickets
While this process is usually fast, it may take us up to 5 business days to process your transfer. If you've made a bank transfer payment and still haven't received your tickets after 5 business days, please contact our support team and we'll help you out.
